How to delete your account
Travel Quest lets you create an account in the app. You can permanently delete that account and associated personal data using either path below.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Travel Quest and sign in.
- Tap your profile icon → Delete account.
- Confirm deletion.
This removes your Firebase Auth user, profile, username, entitlements, and related personal data we control. Purchase ledger rows may be anonymized for accounting and fraud prevention as described in our Privacy Policy.
Request by web / email
If you cannot use the in-app flow, email tq-support@ShumbaTravel.com from the email address on your Travel Quest account.
Use the subject line Delete my Travel Quest account and include:
- The email used to sign in
- Your username (if you remember it)
- Confirmation that you want permanent deletion
We will verify ownership and complete deletion, typically within a few business days, then confirm by email.
What we delete
- Account credentials and profile (name, username, email)
- Quest entitlements and personal progress we store for your account
- Your challenge media where feasible under our retention rules
We may retain limited anonymized or legally required records (for example purchase audit logs) as described in the Privacy Policy.
